Apps
Each app has its own End User License Agreement (EULA). It is the document linked as "Terms of Use" in the app's App Store listing and inside the app.

Stores
Apps downloaded from the App Store are also covered by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions; where our own terms are silent, Apple's standard agreement applies. Apps downloaded from Google Play are covered by the Google Play Terms of Service, which make your use of an app subject to the developer's own terms, that is, the app's Terms of Use above.
